The Graveyard
i see the dark fog of the night
i see their names in the moonlight
i am walking among cold slabs of rock...
it is dark, and the ground is hard,
and i hear the trees whistling
as the cold breeze hits,
the cold feels good...
and the shadows seem mysterious in the moon,
can't see but know they are there,
death and life...where are they?
and you run from the unseen,
that which is hidden in the shadows
around you, from fear of the unknown,
and the unknown that chases you...
so lies the darkness in their nearby shadows
which keep you away, for the unseen keeps
chasing you and you keep running...
